 1. Select raw materials
 The raw materials need to go through: steel coil, pickling, rolling, annealing, and slitting to obtain the finished steel strip of the corresponding size. Steel coils are divided into hot-rolled and cold-rolled materials, and rolling is divided into rough rolling and finishing. For ordinary stainless steel welded pipes, hot-rolled or cold-rolled coils, rough rolling, or finishing rolling can be selected as needed, and even pickling and annealing are not required.

 2. Tube forming
 Under the operation of professional professionals, the steel coil is extruded through the pipe-making machine to form a round tube, and the round tube is formed after processing by the welding process. The round tube is then extruded and deformed through an oval die to become the final stainless steel oval tube. In addition, if the welding is not thorough enough, the stainless steel pipe will burst during the secondary extrusion deformation; if the precision of the mold is not stable enough, the produced pipe will also be deformed, so every step of the pipe-making needs to be strictly controlled.

 3. Cutting and welding
 The conventional length of the stainless steel oval pipe is 6 meters. If the length of the handrail is too short, a pipe-cutting machine must be used for cutting. When the length of the handrail is longer than 6 meters, multi-section steel pipes are used for welding and splicing to achieve the desired length.

 4. Punching
 The stainless steel handrail oval tube needs to be connected to the railing. Generally, the distance of each section will be measured in the handrail. It is much more convenient to punch holes through a punching machine and install screws later.

 5. Bending
 The handrail always has a corner position, which needs to be bent. Specifically, 5 arcs are designed on a mold, and the length of the center layer of each arc is equal to the length of the center layer of the product arc, and the mold is the angle between the center of the arc. The large volume is used as the rotation center. Due to the compressibility of the gas and the pressure reduction valve can be used to adjust the air pressure, if the bending pressure is large, the double force cylinder can be selected. The cylinder rod is connected to the bending roller seat, and there is a guide rail under the roller seat. To control the bending speed, the proportional flow valve can be used to control the advance and retreat speed of the main cylinder.

 6. Coating process
 When the shape, size, and hole position of the stainless steel oval tube is completed, it needs to be electroplating, spraying, painting, and other coloring processes; no matter what kind of coating is used, it is to isolate the external environment and improve the oxidation resistance of the handrail.
